Shipping

Normal working Hours: We aim to dispatch your order as stated within 24 / 48 hours of receipt of your order, your goods will normally arrive in 3 to 7 working days but may be longer to certain locations.

We can provide tracking information on request, if your order does not arrive within this schedule please contact us.

Orders are shipped usually by Fedex a standard charge is made of $10.00.

Returns

Returns that are not our fault: (unwanted goods) Items that are purchased but not required such as items that do not fit or if you simply change your mind do not constitute a valid fault. Please take care to measure and verify sizes before making your purchase, if in doubt call us for advice. Goods that are simply unwanted are entitled to a refund if reported and returned to us within 14 days of receipt, such goods returned will be refunded the original purchase price excluding any original shipping charge & we will not refund your postage cost to return the item. Your refund will be the cost of the goods minus any original shipping costs. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection. Items returned in non-sale able condition (damaged / missing packaging ect) will be subject to a repacking/admin charge which will be agreed with the customer in advance. Returns can only be accepted by prior authorisation.

Returns that are our fault: (wrong item, damaged or faulty) Returns that are our fault include wrong items received and faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original shipping that we charged you and also your return cost (proof of postage costs are required). If we have made a mistake it is only fair that we bear the cost of the error. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior authorisation only.
