Making A Purchase
is simple and secure, just browse our catalog items and place them into your shopping cart.
After you have finished your "Order" you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your transaction.
We accept MasterCard or Visa and supply goods to all addresses in the United States, We do not charge for an order until the goods are shipped, any item ordered that is not available will be automatically back ordered and you will be advised of this, you will then have the option to cancel if you would prefer not to wait, in any event you will NOT be charged for an item until it is shipped. Note we do NOT accept American Express as a payment method.
Shipping And Handling
Orders are shipped usually by FEDEX UPS or US Mail, Ground to USA destinations only, a standard charge is made of $10.00 per order up to 20lbs. For large orders or for special delivery, such as next day air, we will agree the charges with you in advance of shipping by email or telephone.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch your order as stated within 24 hours of receipt of your order, normally Fedex ground will arrive in 3 to 7 working days but may be longer to certain locations.
Back Orders
If your chosen item is not available for immediate shipment you will be notified and you will have the option to re select or cancel, alternatively your shipment will be made as soon as the item becomes available, you will NOT be charged for any item until it is ready to ship.
Tax Charges
Napier of London LLC trades from Fairfield, VA. Sales tax will be charged where applicable.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All Napier of London products are supplied with a 12-month guarantee of materials and craftsmanship or more where stated on certain products.

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, any item bought from us that is received damaged or is faulty in manufacture may be returned to us for a refund or replacement, simply contact us for return shipping or collection instructions.
Goods that suffer from no defect may be returned for full refund of the purchase price excluding original shipping charges, provided that the item is returned within 14 days, unused and in original packing at the cost of the sender.
